Sullivan County Criminal History is an independent reference resource. It does not possess official case files or criminal histories and cannot retrieve, certify, change, or file a government record. Its material points readers to Sullivan County courts, the Sheriff, the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services, DOCCS, and the New York State Sex Offender Registry, as well as outside search tools.
2. Rules for Using This Site
Use must remain lawful and must not damage the service or another person. You agree not to:

- Threaten, stalk, harass, or intimidate anyone
- Use site content for an FCRA-regulated decision
- Enter or attempt to enter systems without authorization
